My professional background

I have myself held various HR roles at Novo Nordisk – as HR leader and HR Business Partner across the value chain and from talent development to top management – and I know what it takes to turn complex issues into solutions that work in practice.

I hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Organistion & Strategy as well as a Master’s in Organizational Psychology, and I am also trained as a process consultant and certified in a range of personality assessments, including Insights Discovery Insights Discovery and MBTI – Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
